It’s Better To Give...

You can't get any disease from donating blood.

Everything used in taking blood is sterilized and packaged. Needles are never re-used.

Who can give blood?

Almost anyone over the age of 16 can donate blood. When you give a pint of blood, your body is able to compensate almost immediately. You never even miss it!
