The “Gift of Life” - it’s the sole focus of our mission, our passion 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. More than
3,000,000 people in the communities of Tampa Bay in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee and Pasco Counties and beyond,
depend on us each day to provide a safe and available blood supply. The blood and blood products we provide improve,
sustain, or save over 425 Tampa Bay area lives each day!

Trauma and burn victims, cancer patients, children with blood and immunology disorders, surgery and transplant
patients, and many others depend on us daily for life-saving blood products - often the difference between life
and death.

Meeting the need to collect over 750 blood donations every week day depends on education of the community, as well as
our youth who are the important next generation of volunteer blood donors and supporters. We must also ensure the
ongoing safety of the blood supply with state-of-the-art research and equipment, disaster preparedness, as well as
providing bloodmobiles and blood transport vehicles.

To succeed in this mission we depend on a partnership with community champions, both corporate and individual, who
support the work we do. Our tournament is one way we accomplish this and we look forward to your participation, as
together we ensure the health and safety of the lives that depend on us.
